The room was very comfortable and clean. Huge TV, kettle, bowls and cutlery. Laundry place in the building. Local area, 20/30 min grab bike to most places so location not an issue. Very friendly owners. Would happily stay here again.

Room number 511, floor 5: The bed is great, huge tv, the room is clean, good isolation, elevator, 7 eleven and blue line close. U have a laundry next to the entrance. The personal is very kind and available. There is a number on the door, call them if u need anything.

The address is incorrect. We had to investigate to find the right place, real address is : 16/18 Thanon Itsaraphap, Khwaeng Wat Tha Phra, Khet Bangkok Yai, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10600 The wifi is very bad. The shower water pressure is pretty low.

The tv is huge and new! Fully smart tv and even was logged into Netflix (thanks Camden). Balcony is pretty big too. Bed was comfy and firm and pillows were not hard but not soft. I arrived much later than expected but the girl was super nice and rushed there on a scooter to give me the key. Super responsive to problems (like 5 min to respond).

The location is rough. No taxi will ever drive down the right road unless someone in the building calls them and tells them the correct road (turn just after 7-11 onto 27). Every driver would take the wrong road (29) which is one lane for bidirectional traffic and then you end up having to walk the final 300-500m through an alley with luggage. The bathroom had a light musty smell that was fixed by simply keeping the door open during the day. I never could figure out the WiFi either.
